Navara Red Rice

A unique grain plant found in Kerala, grown by our farmers. Navara rice, also spelled as Navarra, has long been used in Ayurvedic medicines and is called Gold in terms of fragrance. It is great weaning food for infants and is considered to heal wounds. This much more energetic version of rice is suitable for people of all ages. Often powdered and consumed with milk in the form of cereal, it’s also known as the rice that cures. For the same reasons, in history, it was earlier recommended by saints to those who wish to have a juvenile and long life.
