Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Tweejoy will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to email@example.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end and replace the merchandise in entirety within 72 hours after notifying us.
All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Tweejoy will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the replacement of the merchandise.
In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, the product will only be replaced within a period of two weeks from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order within 6 hrs of order placement. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of cancellation, full refund will be provided to the customer within 72 hrs from the time of cancellation.
Full refund will be provided for orders cancelled within 6 hrs of order placement.
Full refund will be provided for damaged goods that will be notified to us within 24 hrs of delivery and reach back to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery.
